Ms. Salazar graduated from Rutgers University in 1991. She was a member of Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. Ms. Salazar received her law degree from New York Law School in 1997. She has represented clients in discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, wage & hour, disability, breach of contract, unemployment insurance and other employment related matters. Ms. Salazar has drafted numerous employment policy manuals and conducts legal audits. In addition, she has a financial background and has served as the firm's financial manager since 1991. Ms. Salazar is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars, the New York Women's Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyer's Association of New York.
